This product has been created for commercial use. This is a legal agreement between you and WM[squared] Designs. I do ask that you please give credit to WM[squared] Designs or WM[squared] Designs by Wendy in your TOU when creating items to sell and when submitting anything made with my items for publication.

You may NOT :

• Redistribute the unaltered original files or actions individually or as a group, for free or for profit. You must add your color, styles, etc.
• Include the original files in a layered file where the original file can be easily extracted.
• Use the files or actions in printed commercial products.
• Offer these original files or actions on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list or Yahoo Groups. They are not for your free distribution. This is considered pirating, and is ILLEGAL!

You MAY :

• Use these designs to modify or create new art and or graphics for sale in Scrap Creations, Scrap Kits, Layouts, and Tags.

By downloading this kit, freebie, embellishment, etc., you are agreeing to a license to use this product for PERSONAL use only, (NO COMMERCIAL USE is allowed aside from S4H/S4O), and agree to the following terms:

YOU MAY:

• You may use this product(s), or any part of this product(s), to create non-commercial (personal) scrapbook layouts or craft projects.
• You may modify/alter this product(s) to suit your personal needs (color, size, etc).
• You may share your projects with others via email, online galleries, or your blog page, with credit going to WM Squared Designs.
• You may submit your layouts using WM [Squared] Design products to magazines, etc., as long as the proper credit is given.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Do not redistribute, share, copy, loan, or sell ANY part of this downloaded product.
• Do not alter and claim it as your own original design.
• Items MAY NOT be used for web sites graphics, templates, etc. If you are interested in using my designs in your blog designs, please email me for more information.
• Do NOT SHARE or DISTRIBUTE these files.

WM[squared] is now Scrap For Hire / Scrap For Others friendly! Under these terms ONLY:

• You MAY use these designs to create custom pages, cards, announcements, and scrapbooks for individual clients for compensation, provided that the client only receives printed copies OR FLATTENED .jpg pages.
• Each page/project MUST be custom made for each client. You may not create pages that you use over and over for different clients.
• You may NOT advertise any pages for sale. You may post your pages to an online gallery to show a sampling of your work, however, it must be clear that clients can't pick and choose pages you have previously created.
• Again, pages MUST be custom and UNIQUE to each client.
• You may not use my designs for high volume sales. You are limited to selling no more than 20 hard copies of the scrapbook/scrap pagesto the client. However, if you create a custom baby announcement or other announcement or invite, you may print up to and no more than150 copies so the client may send the card/invite to family and friends. If you need to print more than listed above, please contact me for special consideration.
• You MAY NOT use my designs in any way to create QPs/QUICK PAGES/PREMADE pages or TEMPLATES either for free or for sale.
